Childcare
Childcare Centre South Morang
We were brought in to take over the design and construction of a childcare centre after the owner chose not to continue with the original builder. With the design 50% complete, we successfully finished the project, delivering it on time and within budget, while effectively managing the transition and meeting the owner's expectations.

Eltham Secondary College
Conversion of Male & Female bathrooms into one non-binary spaces. The student cohort to have access to and provide safe space for those in our community who identify as non-binary or LGBIQTIA+ Community. Complete remodel and rebuild. Conversion of two bathrooms into an 8-cubicle bathroom space with a NIB diving wall with suspended hand basin.

Schools for shelter in place
Involved 11 schools spread over a vast area of regional Victoria’s High Country, and 7 schools through the mid north of Victoria. Work involved Shelter in Place compliance. Design of the construction, execution of these designs and then final sign off and endorsement of the work by the schools and building surveyor. Liaised with multiple stakeholders including collaboration with school principals.

Camberwell Primary School
Heritage listed 130-year-old main building at a 45-degree pitch roof. Major roof tiling work across two campuses. Rolling facilities management including painting, plastering, guttering, skylight replacement and mechanical works. A successful project with a great experience with the school and taking them on as new clients.

Cheltenham Primary School
Cheltenham is the fifth oldest school in Victoria and is listed as a heritage site, requiring careful attention to maintain its historical integrity. The Hum team was engaged to replace the aging slate roofing tiles with high-quality appropriate materials, ensuring durability while preserving the building's original character. Additionally, we undertook the comprehensive task of repainting all the windows, using specialist coatings to enhance both aesthetic appeal and long-term protection against the elements.
Social Housing
1000 homes
We were engaged on the Homes Vic project panel to deliver 250 sites from concept to turnkey, supporting a state government election promise. Following COVID-19, a builder went bust, and we had to take over 30 incomplete sites and two additional builders' projects. Despite the challenges, we successfully delivered the project, ensuring the government fulfilled its commitment.
